Iceland Wellness Retreat

A five-day wellness retreat in otherworldly iceland

guiding you into the cold in iceland

2025 Dates To Be Announced!

Iceland’s otherworldly aura seems to heighten during the fall and winter months, when viewing of the Northern Lights is at its peak and the contrast between the cool, crisp air and its steaming geothermal hot springs heightens.

This retreat will fully immerse you in Iceland’s striking landscape as we dip in naturally cold, glacier-fed rivers and lakes, and practice breathwork amongst dream-like natural scenery.

“The contrast of the steamy, milky blue water with the charcoal black lava surrounding it is surreal”

We’ll embrace our inner chef and take some intimate time in the kitchen together as a group to prepare our favourite dishes, followed by more Northern Lights sightings under the night sky.

A detailed itinerary will be provided for attendees closer to the retreat date.
